Nano Diamond

Nano Diamond coating is a relatively new technology that we have been working with since 2010. The technology has developed a lot in recent years, and its main method is to coat diamond film on a pre-profiled cemented carbide core that is successfully used in wire drawing disks. The diamond film is pure diamond polycrystalline. It not only has the smoothness and temperature resistance like single crystal diamond, but also has the advantages of (PCD) polycrystalline diamond wear resistance and low price. It has achieved good results in replacing rare (ND) natural diamonds in the production of wire drawing molds. Its wide use will bring new vitality to the wire drawing industry.

The advantages of NANO diamond coated punches are as follows:

4. the length of the wire is 1 % - 2 % longer than that of the traditional mold.

Nano Diamond Compacting Dies are used to guide and/or organize the wire through the bundling machine and stranding machine, the winding drum of the double and single twist machine is inside the machine, and the pad is fixed at the entrance of the machine to collect the wire.
In some cases, the mold is attached to the front of the winding drum inside the machine to regulate the wire, and the wire mold on the tube and basket strander is inside the machine to guide and concentrate the wire.
