Re-profiling - Dressing sticks

We work with a company that specializes in the reprofiling of diamond tools via the electro-discharge machining (EDM) method, which guarantees very high precision up to 0.01 mm. 

To be sure that the correct profile geometry is obtained, all diamond tools are checked with 20x magnification under a specially built measuring projector. 

In addition, each tool is checked with respect to the axial and radial throw as well as dynamic balancing check of each tool.
